Wow, what a great weekend it had been!? Little did I know my blog can be such a hit from just one post and one tag. Haha! Anyways I'm here to update what happened since Fri. Well, I am expecting this post to be more wordy than usual as many things happened during the 4 days. Just endure if u wanna read. ;)
Friday
School ended early coz there's no BZF. So, Ayin, Charles, Jannah, Nadia & me decided to watch Borne Ultimatum! Well actually, the movie's not really my cup of tea but some actions and stunts do leave me in a state of awe. But then again, I may have slept thru 1/4 of the time. Haha! I don't really get the storyline, u see. After movie, Charles left while me and the galz went to Ang Mo Kio hub! Oh thanx Ayin for mentioning in ur blog that I'm deprived for being overly excited about going to AMK but hey, it really was my first time (after their full revamp). Haha! I didn't even know the new interchange has begun operating. -_-" Anyway, I doubt anyone can go damn hungry @ AMK (unless u dun have money lah). Foods are everywhere and I felt spoilt for choice but ended up, I bought Summer House donuts, some Sushis @ Fairprice and the usual Sweetalk ice blended. Sigh. Oh, not forgetting the famous OCK curry puff! Haha. Sat at a "deserted" place to eat and camwhore! Had a really nice time, right galz? :) Go to either of the gal's blog to see pics of us! I lazy to upload. :P
Saturday & Sunday
Worked as usual. Planned to have a slow talk with my manager about me resigning but got a call from him in the morning saying he's not able to report for work. Reason? Airport pass went missing! I was like WTH? Missing? After so long...? Haha! Wateva lah with him. So now the matter is on hold. Well after work, I followed mom and her friends to visit their colleague who apparently fractured her leg as a result of not being careful while thinking what to shop @ Geylang. Haha! So not worthit right? It's so scary to hear her story. Urgh! The funny thing is, after visiting her, me and mom went to Geylang! Haha! Thank god nothing happen to us. Touchwood. Oh btw mom's friend drove us around in her Toyota Wish and I love that car to bits! :D At night, attended a prayer hosted by my godmother. Met all my relatives there and catched up with life. Felt great. The foods served were scrumptious! A mix of arabic and indian cuisine. Finger lickin good! ;)
After quite a long day on Saturday, it felt like a chore to wake up so early on a Sunday morning to go to work but I'm glad I did. Not coz I love work but I love to get updates about work. I don't mingle much with other colleagues so it's not surprising if I only knew something when it's almost outdated. But thanx to this Uncle, I get to know the full story faster than some others! Anyways, imagine this. 30 Sabah guys were caught and have their contract terminated all coz of their stupid acts! Apparently one of them stole a sum amounting to USD 10K (from a passenger's luggage) and shared the money among them. They bought all sorts of things from handphones to mp3 players and happily put it in their bag. Little did they know that the CCTV has captured the guy's act. The least each and everyone of them could do is to own up when investigated, right? Everyone denied so that led to a ransack of their bags and the authorities found all the expensive goods. Their pay are too little for them to afford such good things! After all, some have only worked for less than two months. They also only have two off days per month so if they were to steal, it's only limited to the Apron premises. Thus it's clear cut, one of them is the mastermind. Sigh... People don't think far when they're tempted with money! Money is the root of all evil! Haha! :D
Anyways, after work, met mom and went to Singapore General Hospital. Visited a relative and neighbour there. I hate hospitals! Haha! After that, my neighbour's husband decided to give me and mom a lift to Chinatown in his newly bought Mercedes Benz Kompressor 2.0! It's like a home in there. Damn spacious and heck, it's even equipped with satellite map of Singapore! Love the feeling even though it lasts for only a while. Hehe! The classic stares from stranger as me and mom alight from the car is priceless! I sense envy! Haha! So yeah, walked around OG and ate the new fish finger thingy @ KFC before heading home in the CT18 bus. Oh btw, it was my second time being stopped by the bus driver coz when I tapped my ez link, it beeped twice right and they just don't believe I'm a student. I don't look like one I guess. It's ok. I happily show them my ez link and they had no say. Haha! Sheesh! :)
Monday
School was ok today. TPS started close to 15 mins before the end of the lesson. Sigh. Guess what? The teacher showed me a disgusted look! Haha! In a way, I was intetionally making some noises lah to test her reaction. Man that look of hers is extremely priceless! She then went on to so called clarify the attendance issue. Heck she even mentioned the word "Educators". Haha! Hinting that she read my blog lah. Isn't this just damn cool? Hehe. I can't even be bothered to look at her and went straight for OFA right after her lesson. I love OFA but I got distracted by a very outdated CLEO magazine. Haha! Imagine me flipping through a December 2006 issue and really reading some entries! Pathetic me! -_-
After school, went straight to Orchard to meet a friend. After taking some things from him, I then went to Paragon. Initially I was so embarassed lah to be in my school uniform. People do take a second look at that stupid logo on my shirt for all u know! Haha! To think I'm not that proud of ITE! Sigh. Eventually, I couldn't care less. I shopped a little at M&S. So sad to find out that the Crumpler shoulder pad is out of stock islandwide. I need it soon ok but they estimate that *limited* stocks will only come in 3 weeks time. Should have agreed to be in the waiting list. Oh wells. Got bored after a while and decided to head home by taking svc no. 65.
Alrighty, I conclude that this post has been more like a composition isn't it? Haha! Sorry to those who chose to read but got sore eyes. Else not, u either read it slowly over a period of two to three days or don't read at all. It's after all my boring life stories! Haha! Take care everyone! :D
