New term. New exciting modules. Same old Class Advisor. Same old teachers (except for one). Definitely same old friends [just that some are with new attitudes and .... hairstyles! ;)].
Well that basically sums up much of what I have to say about school now. It feels not much of a difference being a year 2 student, really. I have no clue why! Haha! Gawd, I so need to pull up my GPA, can?! I hope the new modules can really help me do so. I'm particularly looking forward for the "official" Designing lesson to begin. The thought of using Adobe Illustrator CS3 software to create a masterpiece is just exciting!!! MICE seems challenging but since it's the only written exam, I must focus much! It's too theory based. So yeah. Haiz! Meanwhile, Thinking & Problem Solving Skills may be a little tiring as there are already some projects lined up. I hope TKS is not as boring as Personal & Interpersonal Effectiveness (PIE) module! If it is, what more can I say....? Timetable's such a bitch too! What a total change! Sheesh!
Anyways, to take break from school (when it's only like the 3rd/4th day of school? :P), I had a mini outing with 4 lovely gals way after school hours on separate occasions. We went places and basically had a good time together. I really treasure the moments. Thanx u gals!
First up, on Wednesday, I went out with Ayin & NJ. We had a very impromptu plan, seriously! After doing the EPL survey thingy at CoffeeBean J8, me and the two gals decided to go to Bugis. We were to search the perfect bag for Ayin. Haha! So yeah, off we went. Then it all started. We went from one place to another! After Bugis Street, we went to OG, Sim Lim Square, Arab Street, Haji Lane and lastly, Bugis Junction. We also had a break at Zam Zam. The egg prata is something to die for!!! Imagine, we did all these within the course of perhaps 3-4 hours? Sheesh! But we sure do have lotsa fun, camwhoring especially (end of Haji Lane alley recommended)! :D

Then yesterday, I went out with Farah & Fareena! We too had more or less an impromptu plan of going to Tampines. Blame the craving for New York's Pizza! Guess what though? It's darn heartbreaking to see that the shop is undergoing renovations!!! Went all the way just to be disappointed. Tsk3. Thus, as a subitute, we chose to have the student set meal @ Pizza Hut instead.
At only 7+ bucks per person, it's so worthit! Sadly, the cheap price reflects so much on the "cheap" service offered by the waiter/waitress! I'm not hard up to be treated like a Royal Highness but where's the most basic of customer service from them? Sheesh! After indulging in the nice foods and getting ourselves bloated, we then went round Tampines Mall for a while before going our separate ways. Window shopping was fun, yeah gals? Money money money!!! :P

So yeah, those were the good times spent. Hope to have more, perhaps with different people, next time! Weeeeee!!!
Regards,
Niz
