Oh my goodness! I still can't get over it! Finally, I saw people carrying the extrelemy exclusive Goyard bags in Singapore, particularly the SG Fashion Festival I'm involved in!!! I really adore and love Goyard's collection since the past year or so. I bet this label sounds very much foreign to most of u, right?

Well, Goyard is almost non-existent in Singapore initially because it is not popular here. This is due to Singapore not having any Goyard's flagship store. Oh, u know how typical Singaporeans are! Whatever is featured, that's what they'll carry around...! Anyways, off late, more and more people became aware of the brand (through the media of course!), thus the sudden outburst of Goyard bags everywhere on the street. Somewhere somehow, I heard that there's a section in Takashimaya selling the bags. I must check it out someday! Sadly though, the replica bags are fast coming out in the market too! I ever saw one at Heeren going for only SGD200! Sheesh!!! :(

Some of the models and guests for the SG Fashion Festival were carrying the famous Goyard Saint Louis PM bag. They come in 10 different colours, for god's sake! Talk about being really spoilt for choice! Despite the simple look, it has an exorbitant price tag! All Goyard bags are priced compatible to those of Louis Vuitton and Chanel. That said, it can set u back a whopping SGD1,500 the least for a PM bag. Need I say more for the bigger sizes? :P Oh yeah, the Goyard Saint Louis PM bag is very much similar to the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM bag. The plus side? Well, the SGD500 difference of course! LV Neverfull MM is tagged at around SGD1,000 or so. The down side? Almost everyone in Singapore carries it! Try looking around u! I bet, u can easily spot the bag nowadays. How over-rated! Sheesh!

Next, the evergreen Goyard Croisiere bag must be the most fabulous luggage piece anyone wants to carry when they travel! This is similar to the Louis Vuitton's Speedy/Keepall. They run in sizes from as small as 18 to as big as 60! I use to adore the LV Keepall 50 but I would give it up anytime for a Goyard Croisiere 50! By the way, here's the Goyard Croisiere 35 and Louis Vuitton Speedy 35... Similar, no?

Ahhhh how wonderfully gorgeous! Unlike Louis Vuitton, Goyard sticks to the same intricately designed monogram pattern throughout the collection. It only plays with colours to avoid being monotonous. Well, no matter what, Goyard still rocks! If I can ever afford one, I will definitely go for the Goyard Urbain bag, the only sling bag for men. I believe, someday I will own one. HAHA! *big dreams*
