Happy Birthday Singapore!!!
"Mari kita rakyat Singapura Sama-sama menuju, bahagia Cita-cita kita yang mulia Berjaya Singapura Marilah kita bersatu Dengan semangat yang baru Semua kita berseru Majulah Singapura, Majulah Singapura"
Woohoo!!! Happy 43rd National Day Singapore! It's been a good 43 years since your independence in 1965. Throughout the years, U had advanced so much! I'm so proud that Singapore is now recognized in the eye of the world. It takes a whole lot to make people realise a tiny red dot on the map, okay. Kudos Singapore! U did it!
Singapore have a very strong economy and as such, the cost of living in Singapore also rose higher each year. Even so, most Singaporeans have a stable and well-paid job so they can survive the hard times. In fact, some can still live a "high" life. Wonderful, huh? :D No matter how much I feel like migrating, I still feel that Singapore is the best country to live in right now as it's extremely safe! There's nothing to fear at all! Hmm... talking about economy, I actually came across a website which does a survey on the Global/Worldwide Cost of Living. Guess what? Singapore was ranked 13th (among the few hundred countries), just one step behind Paris. OH MY GOD! Is this for real? Is it THAT expensive to live in Singapore? Geee! We beat Beijing, Sydney and even United States! Wow! Simply awesome. :DWell, I'm positive that Singapore will keep on climbing that costly stairs. I really wouldn't be surprise if in the near future, Singapore becomes the world's top 10 most costliest country to live in. Sheesh! With Singapore prospering all the way, nothing is impossible! I hope Singapore's economy continues to be stable and that all Singaporeans can live in Harmony. Together, let's celebrate the Singapore Spirit! Oh my, how patriotic can I be? Hehe.
"We, the citizens of Singapore Pledge ourselves as one united people Regardless of race, language or religion To build a democratic society Based on justice and equality So as to achieve happiness, prosperity and progress for our nation" Regards,Niz
