Mua'zam Syawal (A Joy of Syawal)
 Yesterday, every single IEGians were "invited" to attend a Hari Raya gathering organized by Anchorvale CC. This is a gesture to thank our hard work for the National Day Dinner, that we jointly organized, two months back. Apart from "treating" us to FREE dinner, we were also presented with a Certificate of Appreciation. The way the host mentioned our contribution sounds so "grand". Haha. Overall, I felt truly appreciated. Furthermore, all the committee members including DR Lam Pin Min (MP for Ang Mo Kio GRC), can't stop thanking us. In fact, praises kept rolling in. Gosh, is this cool or what? I'm extremely happy for everyone. We did it, ya'll! :D   Anywho, it seems like the Anchorvale CC committee has successfully organized an overall good Hari Raya gathering. Initially, I thought Buffet food wouldn't be enough to feed at least a hundred people in the Multi-Purpose Hall but I was so wrong. Boy, they actually "dump" a whole lot on one plate! Haha. For SGD10, I think it was just worthit. Entertainment wise, well, it wasn't that bad. At least I knew some songs from Sleeq and the MYG Group. Haha! I mean, it's just not right for anyone to complain actually since we do not need to fork out a single cent. Be thankful, no? :P   P/S: It's sad that only some of the Malay students from IEG turned up.
