Argh! I hate Fridays now. Guess what? School starts at 8am and ends at 4pm for me. What the heck, right? Can I even Thank God that It's Friday, this way? Haha! Anyways, what's worst, I really have a hard time waking up really early in the morning. Thus, yesterday, I just had to skip Ms Lee's lesson which is at 8am or so. It was already nearing 8am when I woke up. What's left to say? Haha. Tsk3. I'm really trying my best to change so do give me some time, aite? :P
After missing the morning classes, I thought it would be nice to show up for the afternoon classes. Before I could even text any of my friends to ask their whereabouts, Salwah suddenly text me saying that most are skipping the next clases. Better still, they already decided to have lunch at Changi Aiport. I was like, what?! That's so awesome can? LMAO! Tsk3 again. So yeah, instead of following my initial plan to go to school, I ended up at Terminal 3's Popeyes. Why would I stone alone in the class when everyone is having a "good time"? Hehe! :P
So yeah, we had our lunch at Popeyes. I wonder why I never got tired of it. Perhaps coz it's totally different from KFC? Hmmm... Anywho, I extremely love their mashed potato! The gravy is TDF! Hahaha! :P Sadly, with the recent economy downturn, all businesses have to increase their prices in order to "survive". Popeyes is no exception. I was shocked to see the set meal now cost SGD7.40 when it used to cost at a mere SGD6.90. An increase of 50 cents? Goodness gracious! Then again, for a really hearty meal, I don't at all mind having to pay a few cents more. Haha. :D
After the filling lunch, some of them decided to have a smoke break. I just decided to tag along even though I don't smoke. It's sorta the norm anyways. Hehe. Guess what? I'm glad I followed! We saw all sorts of people alighting at the waiting area. As a result, those innocent people became our "gossiping topic". Haha! They of course were oblivious about what were talking about! Hehe. Sheesh! :P
After the short break, we thought of parting ways but suddenly, Farrr had a craving for Secret Recipe's cake. After a mini discussion at the entrance of the open concept restaurant, everyone agreed to grab another bite. This is so called the dessert. Haha! After settling down, we started to flip through the menu.
Soon after, we ordered 4 types of cakes and a Smarties Treats. Since we wanted to "save", we just asked for iced water but little did we know that a splash of lemon juice was added to the water. As such, assumptions after assumptions were made until we found out the truth. It was so hilarious! Haha. :D
Overall, we had a nice time together. The sad thing though, due to the rest skipping Mdm R's lesson, they are required to write an explanation letter. What the hell, right? Tsk3. Again with lecturers... :P
