Saturday Shopping Spree!!!
 After feeling down with the recent happenings, I thought it would be great to have a quick retail therapy so that I can forget about the uncertainties for a while. Shopping has its own uncertainties too but still, much more exciting! Hahahaha. So today, I decided to finally head to Grand Hyatt @ Orchard to check out the FJ Benjamin Sale. It's so last minute, can? The sale has been going on for days but I only arrived at the Grand Ballroom, two hours before the end of the event. Sheesh! Still, I'm glad that there were plenty of good bargains left. Love the feeling of "pushing" people around just to lay my hands on something nice. U can say I did something similar to Becky in COAS! :P Hehehe...
 So what goodies did I get for myself? Well, firstly, I got this very unique looking envelope card holder from Raoul. At the first glance, it looked pretty dull to me but only after I picked it up under a pile of Raoul bags, I thought that I must acquire the item. Why? Coz, it's made from full leather (the strong leather smell tells it all) and it practically cost nothing! The usual retail price was around SGD60 but during the sale, it goes down to only SGD15! The card holder must have sold out like hot cakes as the salesperson claimed that I was holding on to the last piece. Weeee~ A lady was actually holding the card holder just moments before I do so I guess, I'm just plain lucky! :) Hehe.
 Next, I headed to the area where there's a couple of Raoul footwear for man. Thankfully none of the pieces available were in my size so I could easily walk past it. Haha! I'm not so lucky to escape when I got near the watch display area though. There were so many types of *branded* watches going on sale (at least 50% discount) so how could I resist? Despite already owning 10 watches, I still found myself trying on different watches there and ended up purchasing a watch from Guess Collection. Hahaha! Come on, who wouldn't when it's only SGD60?! :P
 I thought with the purchase of the watch and the card holder, it would be the end of my shopping spree but somehow, I decided to go round the ballroom once again. That's when I spotted something new! Haha. For all U know, Guess actually produces office (desk) accessories too! There were a couple of basic accessories but my heart was immediately set on the desk blotter. I swear I don't need one but I don't know what made me grab it, eventually. Hehehehe! Not quite cheap at SGD20 but oh wells. :P
So, that's how I spent my Saturday! "Broke" but extremelyyyy satisfied! Hehehehe... ;)
