Audi Fashion Festival 2009 - AI/MbMJ/AH
 As all of you know, my application to volunteer as an Usher in this year's Audi Fashion Festival was successful and the day I've been looking forward to, finally arrived. :) I'm extremely glad and thankful to have been allowed to volunteer a total of 6 shows throughout the festival (the minimum is 2). What's better, the shows given were the ones I really adore! Hahahaha.
 Similar to last year, I was once again assigned the "best job in the tent" (self proclaimed) which is to "guard" the passageway to the seats when the show starts (in the Gallery area). In short, no matter who you are, you will not get pass me even if you really really want to. I have the total rights. Well, unless you're an A-lister that is. Haha! Cool or what, right? :P Obviously one or two slipped along the way but it's forgiven. :P Another great thing about the position was, I got to see all the VVIPs, VIPs, Celebrities, Socialites and Fashionistas alike, up close and personal. Some even brushed shoulders with me! Hahaha. I love love love the position! ;)
Well, the perks aside, today's shows were even more lovely! God knows how much I love Ashley Isham's collection and when I got to see his designs walked down the runway, I was just speechless. It's like seeing my own designs! Hahahaha. Who am I kidding? Anywho, Marc by Marc Jacobs collection weren't too bad either. I instantly fell in love with their bags! I really adore MbMJ! :) Oh yeah, we also have Action Hair Salon (the official hair for AFF) which showcased some of the gorgeous avant garde hair-do! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with all the shows.
At the end of the day (or night rather), all Ushers helped out with the cleaning up of the tent (I mean, only to a certain extent) before helping ourselves to all the excess goodie bags. Hehe! We got to take home a couple of magazines, limited edition "Ashley Isham" coke bottles, Evian bottles and many more freebies. I felt like I'm in heaven! :P I wish I could carry a lot more things home but oh wells, I don't wanna be labelled as greedy. ;) Oh yeah, thank you to Mercury Marketing too for promising to reimburse the cab fare! :D
