IKEA Home Furnishings
Ever since our last major purchase from IKEA last year, me and mom have been addicted to their furnishings. Every so often, we would just go round IKEA Tampines to look at what they have to offer. Of course every single time, we would be attracted to a couple of pieces which could probably fit in well in our home. Then again, we didn't buy anything on impulse. We measured everything thoroughly, time and again, so that our purchase won't be meaningless.
For a long time, mom have been considering to get a new working table. She needs to put all her sewing machines and what nots in her room so she wants everything to be more organised. Temporarily, she's using my old computer table but that piece is almost 10 years old now so it definitely is giving way. It's really about time we do a major overhaul to her room, anyways. Haha. So yeah... finally, we purchased the most inexpensive (only SGD39) yet certainly is the most suitable table, for mom's room. :) Presenting the VIKA Amon Table Top (in white) & Vika Curry Leg (in black) which forms the VIKA Amon/Curry Working Table (pic for illustration purpose only)... ;)

Also, to display mom's countless bags, we bought the FLARKE Book Shelf and placed it nicely behind the bedroom door. Yes, the door can only be opened at an angle now, but, it's more than sufficient for anyone to enter. Anyways, I'm the biggest in the house so if I can go through, nothing else matters. Hehehe! Guess what? We didn't actually get the book shelf directly from IKEA. As usual, I turned to eBay and got a very sweet deal! Hehe. The book shelf was used only for a while by the previous owner but she decided to change to a bigger piece, so she sold it off to me at only SGD20 (of course I have to pick it up from her residence but it's more than worthit)! The original retail price is definitely way higher. Weeee~ I loooove IKEA and I loooove eBay! Hahaha... :)
